Treatment with the Y-strap

With the Y-Strap, the spine is pulled apart by pulling the patient’s head into the Y-axis of the body. This pulling force generates decompression in the spinal discs. The Y-Strap is used for stretching purposes with slow and smooth stretching movements, but in some cases we prefer to apply an HVLA (high speed, low amplitude) movement. This only when the Y-Strap needs to make an “adjustment” to the spine.
